Are you locked in a room or prison of your depression, suicidal thoughts, and/or addiction. Maybe you are locked in a room or prison of an illness such as Cancer, HIV, Etc? Maybe you are locked in a room or prison of grief? Maybe you are locked in a room or prison and just do not understand the "who", "what", "when", "where", "why" or "how", and simply feel isolated, afraid, and/or alone. As you are locked in a room or prison there are limitations and restrictions to obtaining help.
Each individual must identify "The Key" that opens the door to understanding which can lead
to your healing and/or freedom of your hurts, habits, and hangups. There are many types and
sizes of keys.
Sometimes, you may have to go through many different keys to find the correct one to unlock and open the door to start your path to recovery and/or to reach your destiny. Again, there are many keys yet it is up to you to locate the correct one. Yet, it is okay to ask someone to help
you to locate the correct key. If you do not allow others to know that you are in search of your key... then how can another individual help you? Your key could be Detox, Inpatient, Intensive Outpatient, Individualized Counseling, etc...
However, finding the correct key may take a lot of work, time, and effort. Yet, once you find
the correct key to unlock the door then the journey can begin to find the pathway to recovery,
healing, and restoration.
Unlocking the door is important as this allows an individual to come and go freely. There is greater opportunity to seek help and direction. Furthermore, a greater opportunity for socialization and networking with other individuals to walk along side of you on your journey.
Never give up on finding the correct key just for you!
